How a London IT support company became the business ChatGPT recommends
A London IT support company was invisible in AI answers, while its competitors were recommended for almost every question. We rewrote its service pages, fixed its business details across the web and earned mentions on trusted sites. ChatGPT now names it for 12 of 20 target questions.

The challenge
Prospects were telling the sales team they had "asked ChatGPT for an IT support company in London" and been given competitors’ names. When the team tried it, their company was not mentioned once.
ChatGPT also described the business with an old address and services it no longer offered, picked up from out-of-date directory listings.
What we did
- A monthly test of 20 questions prospects ask, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
- Service pages rewritten so each section answered one question clearly, with structured data for the business, services and FAQs.
- Business details corrected across Google, Bing, LinkedIn and every directory found with old information.
- Inclusion in industry "best of" lists and expert comment in trade publications.
- AI referral traffic tracked in GA4 alongside enquiries.
