Recruitment marketing that wins clients and candidates

New client vacancies through LinkedIn and outreach, and more candidates from Google and Meta, with each tracked separately so you know what each placement costs.

How do recruitment agencies get more clients?

Recruitment agencies win more clients by reaching hiring managers in their niche on LinkedIn and by email, ranking for the roles and sectors they recruit for, and following up with useful market information. Lead Gems builds this for UK agencies, and runs candidate campaigns separately, so both sides of the business are measured on their own.

The demand

What your clients search for every month.

Most of these searches come from candidates. Clients are usually won by reaching hiring managers directly, which is why we treat the two separately.

The problem

Where recruitment agencies lose clients.

We see the same gaps again and again. Each one is fixable, and most cost more than the marketing that fixes them.

  • Business development takes all your time

Consultants spend hours prospecting instead of placing.

  • Candidate shortages

Job boards bring volume, but not the people you need.

  • One-off vacancies

Clients use you once, then go elsewhere.

  • No idea what works

Client and candidate leads mixed together with no tracking.

What works

The services that work for recruitment agencies.

We start with the one or two that fix your biggest gap, then add the rest once those are paying back.

Advertising within recruitment rules

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 require job adverts to say whether you act as an employment agency or an employment business, and adverts that mention pay must also give details of the role.

UK rules allow B2B email to people at limited companies without prior consent, as long as it is relevant to their role, says who you are and makes opting out easy. Sole traders and partnerships are treated like consumers. We build every outreach campaign within PECR and UK GDPR.
