How a Surrey kitchen and bathroom fitter brought back 69 lost visitors with retargeting
A Surrey kitchen and bathroom fitter had plenty of website visitors who browsed but never asked for a survey. We added a retargeting sequence across Google, YouTube and Meta. Retargeted visitors produced 69 leads at £43 each, against £64 for the campaign as a whole.

The challenge
Kitchens and bathrooms are big decisions. Most visitors looked at the gallery and prices, then left to think about it, and the business had no way to stay in touch with them.
Google Ads brought steady traffic, but the owner felt he was paying for the same people twice when they eventually came back through a different search.
What we did
- Retargeting audiences by what people looked at: kitchens, bathrooms, the price guide and the survey form.
- A four-step sequence: a reminder, a real customer project, an answer to the main worry about disruption, and an offer of a free design visit.
- Frequency caps, and exclusions for everyone who had already booked a survey.
- Cookie consent and Google Consent Mode v2 set up properly, so audiences grew within the rules.

"People used to disappear after looking at our prices. Now they see our work again a week later, and a lot of them come back and book a visit."
